| Description | On Saturday, April 18, 2026, beginning at approximately 6:00 AM CDT, Print Services file processing will be paused for a scheduled infrastructure improvement. We expect all systems to be back online within six (6) hours. Any billing or delinquent notice jobs submitted during this window will be queued and processed automatically once maintenance is complete. This may briefly delay the availability of View Bills and View DQs for those jobs. No action will be required on your part, all queued jobs will complete automatically once processing resumes. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience. |
