Teams are monitoring an upstream ISP issue with one our peers. The issue is somewhere beyond our direct peering, so NISC mitigations are limited. This is known to be impacting a small amount of members. We saw fast recovery after 11:41am. There are residual issues with a few member routes. Proactive steps are being taken to mitigate ASP VPN connection issues.
