We are currently experiencing a disruption, that is ongoing, negatively impacting our Imports, this would mean that Calculations, and the NISC File Export (NFE) may not fire off at the correctly scheduled times. Some files are processing successfully meaning Calculations and the NFE may complete. We will keep this Incident open until we see all jobs are successfully processing.

As part of NISCs commitment to providing secure and reliable solutions, the Cloud Networking team will be performing maintenance on the TrustGrid Platform that provides connectivity for ASP services. With the design of our TrustGrid deployments being in a HA pair, our maintenance will cause very minimal interruption to your ASP services. Our maintenance consists of upgrading the software on the edge nodes deployed at your site. Our process will be to update one node at time so that we minimize any interruption to your ASP services. This maintenance item is split into two windows to lessen the impact over each time frame.
