Description IVR Credit Card Transactions are experiencing degraded performance from our third party credit card processor. NISC has turned off the ability to make credit card payments in IVR until this issue is resolved to avoid residual issues and complications from communication errors if these were left available. IVR credit card transactions will be turned back on as soon as we have confirmation that the incident has resolved. NISC will post updates here.
