NISC is continuing to research this issue. Research is showing issues with a boundary management call related to an offerings lookup as part of the Service Order creation.

After root cause investigation, this issue was related to a firewall policy introduced as part of the maintenance posted here: https://community.nisc.coop/member/member_resources/hosted-infrastructure-operations/b/news/posts/maintenance-notification---10-28-2026-00-00

This issue is corrected and only affected ASP 1.0 sites on iVUE Connect.
