We have narrowed this issue down to a specific region of members and are reviewing the public internet path.

We have isolated this to a regional ISP issue which has been shown improvement as of 19:33 CT. Testing of iVUE Connect/Cloud applications for this region has come back favorable. We will continue to monitor until 20:00 CT. Please call NISC Member Success teams if you are continuing to experience issues.
