Description At 2:40pm CT, behavior similar to the previous status post on 9/2 at 8:00am CT occurred. It was quickly mitigated (2:44pm CT), but impact was felt by the membership. We have root cause and will be posting this on the NISC Community ASAP.

This post will be left open until 3:30pm CT while we continue to monitor and observe normal system behavior.
