NISC teams are observing normal backend behavior and expect cloud and ASP services to behave normally. Continuing to monitor.

We have determined this issue was isolated primarily to our ASP 1.0 members (not those hosted in AWS). Behavior normalized at 8:22am CT. Root cause will be posted on the NISC Community. Closing status post.
