Description We are currently experiencing a disruption, that is ongoing, negatively impacting our Imports, this would mean that Calculations, and the NISC File Export (NFE) may not fire off at the correctly scheduled times.

Some files are processing successfully meaning Calculations and the NFE may complete.

We will keep this Incident open until we see all jobs are successfully processing.

No failures since 10:03, we will leave the incident open for a few more hours as we continue to monitor.

We have seen no further issues since 10am central. I apologize for the disruptions this morning we will continue monitoring and make improvements as needed to avoid this happening again.
