| 2026-05-04 14:01:08 CDT | NISC has made some Mosaic services adjustments and currently monitoring to ensure stability continues |
| 2026-05-04 14:33:28 CDT | Members have confirmed that Mosaic remains stable. Failed scheduled jobs will need to be re-ran. Will leave the incident open for further monitoring. |
| 2026-05-04 15:00:27 CDT | Some Members continue to see timeout issues when logging in or opening up reports. NISC team is continuing to investigate. |
| 2026-05-04 15:28:17 CDT | The timeout issues/error can happen intermittently after the Mosaic services adjustment we made earlier and we expect that this situation will gradually improve throughout the day as the system continues to recover from the initial incident. We are continually monitoring the health of the impacted servers to ensure that things continue to recover as expected. |
| 2026-05-04 15:59:44 CDT | Mosaic stability is continuing to recover. If you see any 500 Internal Errors throughout Mosaic, please retry your action. We will be leaving this incident open until resolved. |
