Description This message is to notify you that our Cloud Provider is experiencing degraded availability that affects features in several applications that rely on the NISC Enterprise Data Cloud (EDC). The degradation began at approximately 12:38 pm CDT April 27, 2026. Services that may be affected are Calculated Units of Measure, MDM Mosaic, Data Extract, New Virtual Engine and Exceptions Reporting, Advanced Search, Dispatcher, Bidgely and Salesforce data feeds and EDC Data Access.

2026-04-27 13:32:03 CDT Cloud provider is still experiencing issues. We are monitoring and will provide an update in 30 minutes unless one is posted sooner. This is also affecting SmartHub Large Business as well as the other services mentioned in the original posting.
2026-04-27 13:47:29 CDT Service has been restored. We will continue to monitor to confirm full service stabilization.
