Description We have received reports of an isolated cloud service interruption from members in the Kentucky and Virginia region. This has NOT been identified as a system issue impacting all of the NISC membership.

2025-10-01 08:35:29 CDT NISC Members are working with their ISPs to determine issues with the path between them and NISC. Some have found relief by routing around specific providers. No common root cause determined between all members yet. If you haven't yet, please call your ISP and determine if a secondary route can be traversed to NISC.
2025-10-01 13:15:47 CDT We have been informed that this regional ISP issue has been showing improvement since 11:30am CT. Please continue to work with your case owner at NISC and your local ISP to determine what mitigation steps can be taken if you are not realizing these improvements. Thank you
