We are starting to see normal traffic for MCM-Payments since approximately 11:45 CST. There may still be intermittent failures as the system continues to recover. We will post once we receive confirmation the system has fully recovered. |

NISC's IVR provider has identified and applied changes to address issues with inbound calls to MCM IVR Payments. Payments are showing as successfully going through and the team is observing normal traffic again. Team continues to monitor to ensure all issues have been resolved. |
