|Description||NISC teams are researching an elevated rate of "forced log out" events in Ivue Connect Service. This is impacting users sporadically, and in most cases, re-logging into the application is successful.
The backend symptoms have been identified, and workarounds are currently being developed to reduce the impact to users.

|2021-12-03 13:25:38 CST||Root cause: A configuration item was introduced that caused an out of memory condition under a specific set of events. This condition was captured by our alerts, adjusted and resolved.
Additional platform improvements are being discussed which should more rapidly protect from future similar situations. Automated response systems helped minimize the impact of this incident. As always, we appreciate your patience and understanding as NISC members during unexpected circumstances.
