2018-01-03 12:20:05 CST The NISC payment gateway is down which is affecting all payment channels including Securepay. Updates will be posted here.

2018-01-03 12:44:11 CST SecurePay has been up for some users since 12:20pm central time but they could not make payments on any channel until 12:26pm central time. All payment channels are functional at this time. We will continue to monitor.
2018-01-03 12:54:17 CST All Payment channels are functional as of 12:26pm central time. NISC had to disable online reports to reduce load on the payment gateway. NISC is planning a fix to allow online reporting during peak times in an upcoming update. Closing incident.
